Order Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once an order is processed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
- To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number.
Cancellation of COD Orders
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, cancellation is allowed only before dispatch.
- If a partial advance payment was made for COD orders, the advance amount may be non-refundable once the order is processed.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
