We accept returns within 03 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

How to Start a Return

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • The reason for the return

We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically take [5–07] business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
